Hello, hello, hello and welcome to a new weekly update, although this is a weekly update from something I did two weeks ago, but who cares, right? Anyway, in this blog post, we are going to look at my search results using Google Search Console as our frame of reference for my (hopefully) successful marketing strategy.

Now, before we begin, I should point out that the reason I use Google’s Search Console because:
A. Search results are more relevant than analytics.
B. Search results are a lot more fun than analytics.
So, as you might have guessed, I am not some analytics ‘guru’. I am not saying that if you follow my formula you will be a success. Heck, I’m not even saying following my formula will make me a success. However, if this works, it will make affiliate marketing easier for many people.
My Successful Marketing Strategy
First, let’s look at what work I have done on my blog in the past fortnight. Remember that you don’t have to do the same amount of writing as I have done. If you do less, the results will be slower, but there’s no reason you won’t achieve the same results eventually.
Blog Posts
Below, you can see what I have published over the past two weeks. As you can see, I try to post regularly and I try to spread out the categories so I’m doing one category per week. As you can also see, I don’t always succeed but it doesn’t matter too much. A successful marketing strategy requires that you just keep going.
Blog Posts: 18th June - 3rd July
I have written many times before and you can see that I practise what I preach. If you’re not going to put the effort into blogging and post every day, that’s not a problem. But if you’re following my results and yours are not the same, ask how many times a week you’re posting.
Quora
I’m not going to faff around too much explaining what I’m doing with Quora because it’s pretty simple and you can check out my activity by clicking this link. Here is an image of my stats just for the hell of it.
However, you may not see an increase in those numbers as I have added Pinterest to my marketing suite. Obviously, with Pinterest added to my marketing, my time for posting answers on Quora has been lessened. Hopefully, I can rearrange some things so I can maintain my Quora posts; we’ll have to see.
Okay, as I said above, I’ve added Pinterest to my successful marketing strategy, mainly because I realised I was putting all my marketing eggs in one basket. That seemed a bit stupid to me, which is why I’ve expanded a little.
Now, to be honest, I didn’t really know much about Pinterest, so I decided I needed to do a course because if you don’t know how to do something, you have to learn it, right? I recommend you try Pinterest Marketing: Build A Huge Following Of Buyers On Pinterest.
Search Console Results
Let’s check out my results. If you want to compare today’s results with my results for 18th June 2019, click here. I think that when you see them side by side, you’ll be quite impressed; I know I was.

As you may have spotted, I changed my mind and added the image from my results two weeks ago as well to make my progress more obvious.
Wrapping It All Up
And there you have it. There’s little point rabbiting on trying to fill up space. The images above say it all. So, thanks for reading and come back in a week to see how things are going.
And if you want to get into blogging and affiliate marketing, I would recommend that you check out Pathway for Profit from Affilorama. It’s free training and will give you an idea of what else you need to do.
By the way, please don’t take my writing this as bragging. All I’m doing is posting like a crazy person, commenting on Quora, and pinning on Pinterest. What I’m doing ain’t rocket surgery.
